YOKOGAWA gas chromatograph, for refining and processing all types of hydrocarbons, YOKOGAWA GC8000 is an optimized model of GC1000.Yokogawa chromatograph is very well known in the petrochemical industry due to its high accuracy and longevity compared to European chromatographs.
The GC8000 has a built-in 12-inch color touchscreen display that dramatically simplifies maintenance. At the touch of the screen, the technician can access all of the analytical parameters and measurement results; displayed in easy-to-understand graphical color screens.
The GC8000 also brings a number of important innovations in its gas chromatograph analytical capabilities. For the first time, parallel chromatography is made practical with the introduction of the GC Module (GCM) concept. By setting up virtual GCs within a single analyzer, all chromatograph settings, displays, and data are truly segregated for easy understanding and maintenance. There are even built-in graphical overview screens showing each of the individual GC Modules.
The CM6G Gas Calorimeter is used to measure and control the calorific value or Wobbe Index (WI) of the sample gas. In this calorimeter, the sample gas is burnt at the burner with air and the temperature difference between the combustion exhaust gas and the feed air at the burner inlet is detected by using a thermocouple.
Tunable diode laser spectrometers (TDLS) allow for real-time gas analysis to increase efficiency, safety, throughput, quality, and environmental compliance. The non-contacting sensor allows measurement under severe conditions, such as high temperature, high pressure, corrosive/abrasive conditions, high dust concentration, etc. Maintenance can also be performed without taking the process offline because the TDLS is isolated from the process. The TDLS is a robust process analyzer that contributes to stable and efficient operation.

The DM8 liquid density analyzer measures liquid density of general process liquids with high sensitivity and excellent stability.
